Getting there

By car
Five minutes off I-87 at Exit 18 (Glens Falls). About an hour north of Albany, three and a half from New York City, and three from Montréal — border traffic willing.

Amtrak stops at Fort Edward–Glens Falls, about twenty minutes from the mountain.

By plane
Albany International (ALB) is the closest airport, about an hour away. Burlington (BTV) and Montréal (YUL) work too, for the scenic-route types.
